Competitor Analysis - Descriptive Detail


ARDAK Competitor Analysis typically contain the following items:

1. Introduction:
Explanation of terms, assessment of accuracy achieved, description of any assumptions required or constraints/problems encountered.
2. General Description:
Organization, financials, investments in IR&D, facilities, capital expenditures, recent significant wins and losses, mergers & acquisitions, technology base, strategy, competitive posture.
3. Prime Contract Profile:
Prime contracts awards total per year for last five years; proportion of R&D to services and manufacturing; and proportion of awards from military services, DoD Agencies, NASA, and other Federal Government Agencies.
4. Prime Contract Details:
Rank ordered customer base, product/service line, contract types (FFP, CPAF, etc.), and program involvement, each in dollars/year.
5. Rate Derivation:
