Intellectual Property (IP) Overview
ARDAK’s Intellectual Property (IP) was initially developed in the late 1980’s by leveraging analyst’s expertise gained while working in the Intelligence Community (IC) including the former Deputy Assistant Sec Def for Intelligence. Once proven the methodology formed the basis of ARDAK’s Intellectual Property (IP).
ARDAK made significant financial investments in the development of Competitive Intelligence (CI), Competitor Assessment (CA), Price To Win (PTW), and Wrap Rate Derivation (RD) software. ARDAK’s IP is widely used as input into our and Tier I A&D contractor’s internal PTW for nearly two decades. ARDAK’s analysts have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience utilizing our IP resulting in a win rate of 92% over the last 5 years.
